Q: How do we find the driver after arriving?
A: The drivers will meet the passengers at the arrivals gate inside the airport terminal. They will hold a sign with the passenger name written on it and help with the luggage. The airport can be very crowded at times, therefore if you cannot see our driver please call: +351 282498287
Q: What happens if the flight is delayed?
A: All flight arrival times are checked with the airline before our drivers leave towards the airport. Should you arrive early or late, there will still be a driver to meet you.
Q: Can Polotur arrange transfers from the hotel to all golf courses in Algarve?
A: Yes. We can arrange transfers to all golf courses in Algarve. If you want send us an e-mail to info@polotur.com and tell us what's your hotel, the golf course where you will play and the number of persons to transfer and we will send you an e-mail with the price for that transfer.
Q: I have lost my luggage, can you collect it for me later?
A: All the airlines have handling agents. They will organise for any luggage to be forwarded to your resort address.
Q: I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?
A: Contact our central reservations staff giving details of the transfer and the missing items. We will then endeavour to deliver them to you. In some circumstances a charge may be applicable.
